Safe Ship Guarantee & Return Policy


Your Plastic Empire Safe Ship Guarantee is simple. If your item is damaged in shipping we will replace or return your item at no cost to you.


Thanks for shopping with Plastic Empire. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item you can exchange the item within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery. If a replacement for your item is not available you will be refunded in full for your order. Any return requests made after SEVEN (7) DAYS will NOT be accepted.

All returns and cancellations will incur a 20% restock fee.  Shipping will be deducted from your refund and return shipping will be your responsibility.

How To Return Damaged Items & Unwanted items:
1) Contact Plastic Empire Support by email at within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery.

2) Please provide the following:
- A detailed explanation of the damage 
- A photo or photos of the damage 
- A photo of the outer box and shipping label that can be sent to the shipping provider for a insurance claim to be filed.

3) When your return has been approved you will receive an RMA number. Any returns made without a RMA number will NOT be accepted.

4) Ship the item(s) back inside a standard shipping box. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box. 5) Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund within 7-10 business days.

Mystery boxes, blind bags, Figpin or any product that is sealed and is opened cannot be returned or exchanged. This also includes any Limited Edition items like Kong, Chomp, or designer toys.

BULK orders of more than 3 of any item cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned for any reason. This is due to resellers who purchase items and attempt to return what they cannot sell. 


Please be sure to provide the correct ship to address with your order. If an incorrect address is provided you will have to pay to have the item reshipped to the correct address or you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
