RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping with Plastic Empire. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item you can exchange the item within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery. If a replacement for your item is not available you will be refunded in full for your order. Any return requests made after SEVEN (7) DAYS will NOT be accepted. If you no longer want the item you have SEVEN (7) DAYS from time of purchase to return an item. A 20% restock fee plus return shipping will be deducted from your refund and return shipping will be your responsibility.
How To Return Damaged Items & Unwanted items:
1) Contact Plastic Empire Support by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within SEVEN (7) DAYS of product delivery.
2) Please provide the following:
- A detailed explanation of the damage
- A photo or photos of the damage
- A photo of the outer box and shipping label that can be sent to the shipping provider for a insurance claim to be filed.
3) When your return has been approved you will receive an RMA number. Any returns made without a RMA number will NOT be accepted.
4) Ship the item(s) back inside a standard shipping box. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box. 5) Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund within 7-10 business days.
PLEASE PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIP TO ADDRESS
Please be sure to provide the correct ship to address with your order. If an incorrect address is provided you will have to have the item reshipped to the correct address.
